Winter Always Catches Me Off Guard

Those people who said, "It like never gets below 30 in Seattle" are liars. All of them. Today was so cold, I thought my lungs were freezing. Haha. I'll quit whining now. I just was amazed that I was waiting at the bus stop wearing a cotton hoodie, my Carhart coat, a wool scarf, cotton socks, wool socks, wool mittens, (and of course pant and other regular clothes. . .) and I was STILL cold. Winter is officially here.

    I suspect that winter is at least a little better in Seattle, WA than Laramie, WY though, right? Stay warm.

    Yeah, it's warmer here during the winter for sure. I don't mean to complain. I just was REALLY surprised at how cold it was. I think it really has a lot to do with how little time the sun is visible right now. Do you ever feel like winter kind of sneaks up on ya?
